Shipping policy

We provide comprehensive global shipping services for all apparel orders. To protect functional clothes with thick fabrics and metal fittings, we adopt dedicated packaging solutions. All goods are inspected and neatly folded first, then packed with dust-proof bags and firm cartons. This effectively prevents stains, severe creases, extrusion and damage to zippers, buckles and other parts during long-distance transportation.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the processing period. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch for real-time logistics inquiry.

For all international orders, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete shipping documents to assist customs clearance. Delivery time is only for reference. We take no responsibility for delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, logistics congestion and other uncontrollable factors.

If you receive damaged parcels, defective items, wrong sizes or incorrect styles, please contact customer service within 48 hours. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos. We will verify the problem quickly and offer refund, replacement and other after-sales solutions to protect your legitimate rights.
